Matilda Jane Trunk Show

I first saw Matilda Jane clothing about two years ago. I loved it, but just recently ordered some pieces for Joella to try. I love the vintage look, the quality is amazing, it is so unique and photographs amazingly. I really wanted to bring this to our area as many haven't seen or heard of Matilda Jane and I think many will fall in love as I have!


I am hosting a trunk show at my home Friday, October 16th from 4-6 pm and on Saturday the 17th from 9-11am. During this time I will have many of the items here for you to try on, feel and look at. Joella and I have been anxiously awaiting this weekend! If you haven't heard of Matilda Jane, check out the website www.matildajaneclothing.com. If you are unable to come to the trunk show, but would like to order somethings, please contact me.

For some added fun, anyone that purchases during my trunk show will be entered in a drawing for a $100 print credit. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, let me know if you are planning to come to the trunk show and which day. Orders can be taken now until Sunday the 18th.

It has been awhile since I have posted any images...so today I have several. The first ones will be a few from the workshop I attended. I love the chair you will see, but can't seem to find any great "ugly" chairs! I have learned so much and am making some necessary changes to keep my business growing and to be able to offer you new and exciting things. Enjoy!

Here are a few of my favorites from Logan and Amelia's session. They have been coming to me since I started in photography several years ago. I took out my new reflector to see the result it would get with the light. Love the images we were able to get!

Sharing from a few sessions this week.

I have been busy making some changes to my office space...new displays and then took a leap on a new computer so am learning to use a Mac. Taking some time, but hopefully in the end it will be worth it. I have been using new techniques I gained at the classes I recently took and have been so excited with the results. It has been another great week.

I had another wonderful new family come to my studio this past week. Such a fun session...we had a great time during the session and I smiled as I went through the proofs. Enjoy!

Three year old Gwen

I had the privilege of meeting a new family today. Gwen came for her three year old pictures. She is such a sweet little girl. She brought some of her favorite books along for the pictures. I love being able to capture the features of children that so quickly change and can easily be forgotten so that explains the picture of her little hand.
